Requirements for Returns
- ● Must include a valid original purchase order number from Spigen.com. Purchases made outside of Spigen.com must contact respective seller for returns.
- ● Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- ● Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- ● Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- ● Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
* Recommended : We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Spigen Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery

* Bundle Returns/Refunds : To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.

2. Once the RMA request has been submitted, our returns team will review the request and you will receive a notice regarding the status of your request.
3. When the RMA request is approved, a confirmation email with a unique RMA number will be sent to you via email. Please include the RMA number and printout of the confirmation email and ship the product(s) you wish to return to the below address:
